Most middle aged men don’t know about this, but there’s one thing that can give you all of the above.

Andropause.

Andropause is nothing else than the male menopause.

The main reason so many men suffer from Andropause, are low levels of testosterone.

Statistics show that 40% of men aged 45 and older suffer from low levels of testosterone.

As a man ages, the amount of testosterone in his body gradually drops.

This natural decline starts after age 30 and continues (about 1% per year) throughout his life.


That’s 1% of less sexual desire every single year.

  • What if I fall behind?
I’ll hold you accountable through my weekly check-ins with you. Trust me, you don’t want to fall behind. I’ll be on top of you 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
  • Do I have to give up my favourite foods?
Absolutely not. My approach is very flexible and enjoyable. Most of my clients eat pizza, burgers or their favourite food a few times a week.

However, that doesn’t mean you can eat 2 pizzas a day and sit on your couch and see the fat melt away. I don’t have such a pill (yet).
  • I'm eating out a lot, do I have to cook my meals at home?
No. There's an eating out strategy that I will share with you, so you can eat all your meals out if you want without having to cook at home.
  • Can I still have a treat meal?
Yes. There's also a strategy how to fit in a treat meal without gaining weight.
  • Can I still drink alcohol?
1-3 drinks a week is fine, you can have that. There's an alcohol checklist with the "least damaging" drinks and drinks low in calories, so you can enjoy your drinks guilt free and still get in shape.
  • Do I have to go to the gym?
No. The Kinetic Method is a gym free method that uses hormone supporting workouts that you can do in the tiniest space at home, at the office (some guys do it), in the hotel room, while traveling or anywhere in the world.

It’s progressive training, which means it’s not just one cookie cutter workout for everyone, rather based on your strength and progression.

As you’ll advance in the program, we’ll decide if you should get dumbbells, bands, a home gym or sign up for a gym membership to see the quickest progress.

90% of the guys workout at home with 2 adjustable dumbbells.

If you still want to hit the gym, that's fine. Just know it's not a deal breaker if you work out at home. 
  • How do I know I won’t injure myself?
First of all, we'll have a 1:1 live workout over Zoom together where I check your lifts.

Secondly, the Kinetic Method uses slow motion movements that minimize the risk of injury while getting in an effective workout.

Third, every week you can send me in 3 videos of any exercise you want for me to review.

This way you’ll feel safe to have me personally review your form to minimize your chances of injuring yourself, while making sure you become stronger when working out.
  • Will my wife / girlfriend / partner be able to eat what I’m eating?
Depends. If she doesn’t follow a strict diet herself, she probably can eat 80-90% of the meals recommended with you. Remember, this is a lifestyle not a diet or quick fix or a phase. It's a mentality and a new way of living that fits you and also your family, so all of you can benefit.

So yes, in almost every case the partner of the guys I work with is having the same meals, or very similar meals as them. The main difference is the quantity and portion sizes of certain foods.

So let’s say you go out and the both of you eat Fish with veggies, you might order 8oz of fish and she might get 4oz of fish, with the rest being the same.
  • Do I need supplements?
We do an advanced health & hormone blood panel and then a follow up call with an analysis of it. Depending on your results, I will recommend you both specific foods and also supplements to improve your blood results.

From experience, most guys who are overweight and haven’t been living an active lifestyle for years do need some supplements. I don’t have a supplement brand, so my advice is independent and tailored to you.

  • Is this a 1:1 or group program?
It's a mix of both.

You get 3x a 1:1 call with me (Kick Off Call, Live Workout Call & Blood Work Analysis).

After that, the 1:1 access happens via Facebook Messenger and the calls are in a group setting.

In any case, if I see you face a major roadblock or we need to change a strategy, we can always connect via 1:1 call.

Please note though that I don't do weekly 1:1 check-in calls, as the check ins and touch points happens via Facebook Messenger.
  • Do you offer complete 1:1 coaching?
I work with not more than 5 men in a 1:1 setting. This is extremely advanced and I very rarely take on a client for 1:1.

Right now 4/5 spots for 1:1 are booked and I haven't taken on a new 1:1 client since November 2020.

  • Do you have an example of a group coaching call?
  • My schedule is tight. How much time do I need to invest into it per day?
I asked my clients on how much time they invest in their day and this is the fest feedback I got so far.

- The workouts likely only take 30 minutes each but the setup and tear down takes time plus the first 2-3 take longer than that to get used to the new movements.

- The food preparation, once its settled, likely happens with minimal time but, especially initially, it can take another 30-60 minutes per day if you cook your meals at home. If you eat them out, or get a meal delivery service, then it's different.

- The 10k steps per day are roughly 5 miles to walk which can take 60-90min depending on how fast you walk. These can be done in various ways, such as at work with a desk treadmill (most guys do that), a bike ride, swimming or going for a walk outside. To save time getting the desk treadmill is by far the biggest hack for most guys.

So in total we're looking at 3x30min of working out a week (excluding time for shower, set up of weights at home or gym), 30-60min of cooking (you do that anyways, now it's just healthier) in case you prepare your meals on your own and about 1h of walking if you don't take the under desk treadmill.

Most businessmen who join the Kinetic Method are already getting in 5-6k steps a day without counting it with intent, they are already working out 1-4x weekly at the gym and they either have their wives cook dinner or eat out a lot.

This means the lifestyle changes are very minimal. But if you haven't worked out, never go for a walk and you only eat fast food, the change will be significantly bigger initially.
  • Now isn’t a good time for me. When will the Kinetic Method open again?
If now “isn’t a good time,” understand one thing: it’s NEVER going to feel like the right time. It’s never the right time to get married. Never the right time to have kids. Or move across the country. Or taking the time to get in shape. We can dream about that magical day when the stars align, but that day isn’t coming.
 
At a certain point you have to stop waiting and make things happen for yourself.

It's not my place to tell you where your priorities should be. I'm not going to remodel your kitchen. That's going to get messy. What I do know however, it's never going to seem like a good time to do it. There's never going to be a space on the plate or space on the calendar to make it happen unless you make it happen.
  • I'll be traveling, can I start later?
You can start anytime you want, just know the investment packages in the video may not be the same anymore.

With that being said, I have a travel checklist and travel strategy on how to still fly around the world while dropping bodyfat.

The strategy also comes with a training on how to beat jet lag.

This will save you lost productive time and stay on track.
  • Why shouldn’t I just hire a personal trainer locally?
Great question. Here’s what most trainers won’t tell you.

They get paid more if you exercise more frequently and longer. Let’s say you pay 50 bucks an hour 3x a week. That’s 150 per week. Make it 600 a month. That’s not expensive at all. The question is, what are you paying for? You pay for their time, not for the result.

Which is not bad if you want someone to talk and have a good time ... But what are you really after? Do you want a trainer or do you want results? Do you want 90-day training or a transformation? Do you want to be the paycheck for your trainer or do you want an ROI for your investment?

I don’t make more money if you work out 1x a week, 3x a week or 7x a week. A personal trainer does. So naturally they have you working out more than you should. That's how they get paid more. And working out too long and too frequently has a negative impact on your testosterone levels and on your nervous system.

So before you hire a local trainer, ask them what you’re paying for. Results or time? And if it’s their time, how do you know it’s in their best interest for you to get the result as quickly as possible?
  • Is there a guarantee?
There is. I believe in earning my keep and keeping my promises to people.
 
The 30-day package doesn't have a guarantee, that's more of a trial and starting month for people who want to test the system.

With all other packages, I will work with you until you've lost at least 2 jeans sizes per 90 days no matter how long as it takes AS LONG AS you are actually following exactly the plan and action steps, I’ve outlined for you.
 
In other words, you can't not take any action and come back 7 years from now and ask me to work with you.
 
But, come in, follow the EXACT plan and action steps outlined for you, if you don't lose at least 2 jeans sizes every 90 days, I’m happy to do whatever it takes until you’ve lost those.

Unless you only need to lose 1 jeans size, then that will be the new standard.
 
Then, you'll have the SKILL and ABILITY to lose all the rest of the fat and keep it off forever no matter how busy your schedule is, if you’re traveling etc. because you got habits and routines that are tailored to your schedule and lifestyle.

I appreciate this question. You should thoroughly vet the people you choose to work with... but ultimately this comes down to a couple things.

First, does what I’m saying "make sense"? Can you see how it would work? That's the first step... if the education I’ve given you (for free) has made sense, then that's the first thing you want to consider.

Second, have you had a conversation with me? You can tell a LOT by getting on the phone with someone. Follow your gut.

Most middle aged men don’t know about this, but there’s one thing that can give you all of the above.

Unlike many gurus in the fitness industry pretend, it’s NOT losing weight.

While losing weight is proven to help with that, it doesn’t complete the entire puzzle.

You might be able to get a body that looks like when you were 20 ...

But that doesn't necessarily mean you will enjoy the energy, vitality and sexual passion of your 20’s again unless you tackle the root cause.

I'm sure you've seen a fit person, that is always tired, has no vitality and lacks sex drive.

So what’s the root cause?

What is it that holds so many men back after the age of 30?

Andropause.

Andropause is nothing else than the male menopause.

The main reason so many men suffer from Andropause, are low levels of testosterone.

Statistics show that 40% of men aged 45 and older suffer from low levels of testosterone.

As a man ages, the amount of testosterone in his body gradually drops.

This natural decline starts after age 30 and continues (about 1% per year) throughout his life.
